From Tampa Area:
• Take I-4 East to Highway 27 (Exit 55)
• At Exit 55 - take Highway 27 South toward Haines City-Cypress Gardens
• Go through Haines City, pass Highway 17-92
• Turn Right at the next traffic light – at Highway 544 (Lucerne Park Road)
• Follow Highway 544 for approximately 3.5 miles (pass Walmart Distribution Center)
• Turn Right into Winter Haven Industrial Park (large low sign at entrance), across from Willowbrook Golf Course
• Florida Chemical Company is the last building on the left (before the gated entrance to Sherwin Williams)

From Ft. Lauderdale – Miami Area:
• Follow the Florida Turnpike North to Highway 60 West (Yeehaw Junction)
• Take I-95 to the Florida Turnpike or from Miami take Highway 27 North the entire route
• Take the Florida Turnpike North to Highway 60 West (Yeehaw Junction Exit 193)
• Take Highway 60 West toward Lake Wales
• In Lake Wales, merge onto Highway 27 North
• After Lake Hamilton area, turn left on Highway 544 (Lucerne Park Road)

From Phoenix Industries/Eloise Industrial Area:
• Go north onto Highway 17
• Turn Right on Cypress Gardens Boulevard then immediate left onto First Street
• First Street becomes Lucerne Park Road
• After Havendale/Avenue T intersection, go approximately 2.6 miles
• Turn left into Winter Haven Industrial Park (large low sign at entrance), across from Willowbrook Golf Course
• Florida Chemical Company is the last building on the left (before the gated entrance to Sherwin Williams)
